"Listening to the Moon" Relief Sculpture
Jerry Krider designs and hand-crafts puzzles, wall reliefs, and small sculptural pieces, using a wide variety of wood for contrast and harmony within each item. Showcasing the intriguing nature of wood, he creates simplified shapes and flat surfaces with his scroll saw and completes each piece with a clear lacquer finish.

About the artist:
From the rural plains of Indiana, Jerry Krider of Claywood Creations creates intricate puzzle-like sculptures. Religious themes highlight a large portion of his work, including nativity wall hangings and Christmas ornaments. His work also includes whimsical pieces featuring human figures, cats, dogs, and hearts. Jerry attended the Herron School of Art and has Bachelor and Master's degrees in science from Ball State University.
